Details:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south Texas, including the following
counties, Aransas, Calhoun, Goliad, Refugio and Victoria.

* WHEN...Until 730 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 422 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Victoria, Seadrift, McFaddin, Guadalupe, Lamar, Point
Comfort, Green Lake, Long Mott, Tivoli, Bloomington, Aransas
National Wildlife Refuge, Placedo, Dacosta, Alamo Beach,
Magnolia Beach, Wood Hi, Indianola, Downtown Victoria, Saxet
Lakes and Victoria College.

Information:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Aransas Islands, Calhoun Islands, Coastal Aransas, Coastal
Calhoun, Coastal Nueces, Coastal Refugio, Coastal San Patricio,
Inland Calhoun, Inland Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San
Patricio, Nueces Islands and Victoria.

* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
